Her Hunter released!

I started this project in December of 2023 and made the active (and difficult) decision not to talk about or release anything, even so much as a demo, regarding the game until it was completely finished and tested by only a few close friends. 

It's really nerve-wrecking to finally be releasing it, but I'm excited at the same time. Although I know no game is going to appeal to everyone, I hope that even a handful of people find some fun and enjoyment in the story I crafted. 

I wanted to create a game where you could make different choices and explore different options throughout the story, finding entirely new scenes or even just little bits of hidden dialogue. It became a daunting task at points, whether I was working with the choices that had a broader impact or even the ones that only altered a scene slightly. I started by creating each of my characters with different traits and personalities and thinking to myself "what options would they weigh internally in this situation?" and "how might previous events or choices alter those thought processes?". I had so much fun with it in the end that I'm finding myself very eager to start on another project and I've already come up with a few ideas for different stories I'd like to work on next. 

Although I think most of the little glitches and grammar errors got snuffed out, I apologize if there are any I or my betas missed! 

On a personal note, I was going to wait until February and release the game closer to Valentine's Day, but I have a major surgery next month that I just learned might get moved up and I wanted to release it before then. 

I'm not really great at this sort of thing, so I'm not sure how to end this post...the end.
